TRAVEL TERMS and CONDITIONS
Passports are required and must be valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this tour, your passport
should not expire before May 30, 2026.
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the
US dollar devalues, Gifts of Joy Events reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final
invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
For this tour, we do not offer roommate companion matching.
Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 30 Days in advance to plan your free time while in South Africa.
Airline quotes are based on Economy Seating.
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE! The contracts that we negotiate does not allow us make any refunds, this is how we are able to obtain the best prices and allow payment plan options on Economy Seating.
All payments to Gifts of Joy Events Travel Agency or Tanya Marie Bennett, LLC are non-refundable and
non-transferrable.
All reservations must be in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Travel protection is not included but it is highly encouraged. We know that things happen so prepare yourself and don’t lose out on your money. Don’t get hung up with losing bags, medical issues, delays, etc. For your convenience, we offer Travelex Insurance Services, Inc (CA Agency License #0D10209) travel protection plans to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected for covered reasons and is included in the price of your trip. Reference Location Number 20-0200.
Seating assignments will be at the discretion of the airline and will be in economy class. However, as
your Travel Agency, if there is an opportunity to choose seats for you, I will make those arrangements.
As you already know, prices can change without any notice, so plan ahead and get in early at the best low price to lock you in.
Payment plan will be arranged and you can choose a monthly payment arrangement. It is highly suggested that you put these dates on your calendars. If payments are returned for non- payment, there will be a $30 fee. If you feel like you are going to have any issues with paying, please feel free to reach out me right away so that I can accommodate your needs.
Sometimes we get married, or divorce and need to change a name, no worries, we can accommodate you, however there will be a fee of $200.
All travelers must be fully vaccinated against Yellow Fever. All travelers are responsible to comply with entry requirements for the countries that we will be visiting.

South Africa – Upon entry into South Africa, passport holders are required to have at least one, entirely blank (unstamped) visa page (i.e. one side of such a page, not front and back thereof) in their passport, each time entry is sought into South Africa. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/ amendment pages at the back of the passport. South African government regulations prohibit airlines from boarding passengers without the required blank visa page.
Zimbabwe – Visa required. Visas may be purchased upon arrival to Zimbabwe. Americans entering Zimbabwe for tourism can expect to pay $30 USD for a single-entry visa and $45 for a double-entry visa.
Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend all attendees arrive at JFK at least 4-5 hours before the group’s flight time.
AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:
Upon your initial payment, you will be enrolled in our automatic billing and payments will be due monthly. So, sit back and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically.
If booking, after September 1, 2025, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and
you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Automatic billing is available to you at no charge.
Credit card may be required at check-in for incidentals.
When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.
Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents,
itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.
It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Gifts of Joy Events if your primary address, phone number or
email changes.

Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee.
Late payment of $75 per person is required after final due date.
Management must approve all late payment requests before the final payment date.
